Monitoring the assessment of your claim.

Keeping you up to date with the progress of your claim from start to finish.

Negotiating a settlement with the Insurer where required to ensure the best possible outcome.
CLAIMS PROCESS

All losses, damages or events that may result in a claim (other than worker’s compensation claims) are to be reported as soon as practicable after the event either using the form below or by contacting our Claims Manager, Jemma on 08 9786 5242 with the following information:

Date and time

Location where circumstances originated

Estimate of loss

Action being taken to minimise loss

Loss minimisation

Action should be immediately taken to protect property from further damage but no action should be taken to repair damage until instructed by your authorised representative or the loss adjusters.

Once the initial report has been completed you may need to:

Complete relevant claim forms as required.

Arrange quotations for repair or replacement

Report any theft of property to your local police station
